Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The shipping label will display a neutral sender name with no mention of product category. Your privacy is always our top priority.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. We work hard to maintain stock availability; in the rare event of a stockout, we will contact you via email within 24 hours.

Please note: orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons (such as Chinese New Year, Black Friday, and Christmas) may require additional processing time.

Order Tracking

All orders include fully tracked shipping. Your tracking number will be provided in your order dispatch email. You can use it to monitor your package's progress at any time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders are shipped on a duties-paid basis, meaning standard duties and taxes are covered upfront. However, in some cases, customs authorities in your country may request additional documentation or impose local fees. Should this happen, we will work with you to resolve the matter, but please note that final customs clearance is the recipient's responsibility under local law.


Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient name are accurate at checkout. We cannot issue refunds for deliveries that fail due to incorrect customer-provided information.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@luvlyplay.com so we can help correct it.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luvlyplay.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange either a reshipment or a refund.
