Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship from $10 via standard delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. Fast shipping (3–8 days) is available for $18.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship to 19+ countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and more.
Is the packaging discreet?
100%. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All LuvlyPlay products include a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I start a return?

Product Safety & Materials
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. All LuvlyPlay products are made from premium body-safe silicone — non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates, BPA, and latex.
Are your products waterproof?
Most of our products are fully waterproof (IPX7 rated), making them safe for use in the bath or shower. Check individual product pages for specific ratings.
How do I clean my toys?
Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after each use. For a deeper clean, use a dedicated toy cleaner. Our silicone products can also be boiled for 3–5 minutes for sterilization.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and is hosted on Shopify's secure platform. We never store your full credit card details.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Charges appear as a discreet, non-descriptive name — not "LuvlyPlay" or anything related to our products.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real-time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
