If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. No account or login is required.
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed intimate products that have been unsealed after delivery. You can also withdraw by emailing support@luvlyplay.com.

After you confirm, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt including the date and time of your withdrawal. We will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of postage. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
