- Charge both clamps using the USB cable for about 70 minutes before first use.
- Open the clamp jaws and adjust the tension screw to your comfort level — start loose if this is your first time with nipple clamps. You can always tighten later.
- Gently place each clamp on your nipple, letting the silicone tips grip the skin. The clamps should feel snug but not painful — a good starting point is just firm enough that they stay on without pulling.
